The Dr. Jean E. Lokerson Endowed Fellowship was established in 2016 to support fellowships for full-time Ph.D. students pursuing a degree in Special Education in the College of Education. College of Education graduates go on to become outstanding educators, counselors, policy analysts, and researchers dedicated to fueling education reform around the world.
